I love ethnic stores so when I am in Chinatown, I love to pop in and browse stores like Lian Shing Hong. For me, that's the fun of being in the area. I enjoy discovering new products and trying some. I like getting teas for my mom to try and also fun desserts that look good do us. I don't always know what I am buying, but why not try? The prices are OK, I din't feel like the people working here wanted people to take photos, so I opted out. Otherwise a nice market with a bit of everything: drinks, food, herbs, vitamins, creams and so on. It is exotic and you feel like you're on a trip far aways for a few minutes!

Came here to get some supplies for a recipe. Found most of what I needed. Saturday morning was busy and felt like a cute local market. Am planning on returning to explore their extensive dried mushroom selection. They do take cards!
